Refund policy

Changes of mind refunds are only available up until the point of dispatch. Once an item has been dispatched from our store change of mind is no longer available as a reason of return.

We do not accept any responsibility for the incorrect handling of parcels and items once they have been dispatched from our store. It is the responsibility of the consumer to seek out additional insurance of their product being delivered if they wish to do so.

We have a live chat line available to help you select the correct chain for your chainsaw, please utilise this service to ensure you are purchasing the correct items. Exchanges for incorrectly purchased items can be requested; however the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your faulty item for return, let you know if the refund was approved or not and if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
