Shipping policy

For our online orders we use Australia post as our primary courier. Other couriers may be used in certain situations but Australia Post will be our primary choice.

Processing & Handling Time

All items will be shipped after the processing of items has occurred (3-5 business days). If this process is taking longer than expected we will contact you. Some stock is not kept in our warehouse but at the warehouse of the supplier, we allow the 3-5 business day processing time to allow for receiving items in from our supplier if required.

Rush Fee

A rush fee can be paid at checkout to change the processing time to 1-3 business days. Processing time DOES NOT include shipping time. Processing time simply refers to the time taken to prepare the order and dispatch it.

Delays

Shipping delays have been regularly experienced over the last two years and these are not the responsibility or the fault of our business once the item has been handed over to our chosen courier. Please allow for longer waiting periods over public holidays and Christmas.
